I do get an occasional email saying “oh dear, I didn’t download your eBook in time.” Well, you can either email them directly your product file(s), or you can reset DLGuard so that unique customer can gain download access again. (I hate to tell you I’d have to go through the FAQ’s to learn how to do that! It is easier for me to just email my eBook ZIP file to my customers.)
